Visitor Facilities:
Festival Grounds Guide Map: This easy-to-use map provides a systematic route guide to various facilities within the festival grounds. The map also contains a list of all exhibitors and facilities (food & beverage, drink pits, first aid centre, toilets etc.) available.
Information Booths:
Strategically located information booths within the festival grounds provide specific information on products, display and other information.
Directional Signages:
There will be sufficient signages placed within the festival grounds to guide visitors through the park and displays with ease.
First Aid Services:
First-aid staff will be on duty throughout the opening hours of the festival. Seating: Seats and benches will be provided throughout the festival grounds.
Food & Beverage Facilities:
There are several F&B outlets throughout the festival grounds. Only HALAL certified caterers will be serving food and beverages during the festival.
Organiser Centre:
The offices of the Organiser are located at a centralised zone at the festival grounds near the main entrance.
Kiddyland:
Children activity zones are available on the festival grounds which offer various fun activities. Children must be accompanied by their parents / guardians at all times. Physically Challenged Visitors: Most of the routes on the festival grounds are accessible by wheel chair.
Public Toilets:
Male & female public toilets are available at a few locations at the festival grounds.
Prayer Room (Surau):
There are several surau facilities on the festival grounds for the usage of all visitors.
